Kenyon and Brandi Woods founded Authentic Homes in 2006, inspired by their entrepreneurial spirit.
The high school sweethearts worked hard to save money so they could start their own company. Kenyon was a drafter designing floor plans for other builders when they took out their first construction loan and began building, while Brandi worked in physical therapy.
Kenyon and Brandi’s huge leap of faith in believing that they were delivering a product that customers needed, with attention to detail that was lacking in so many other homes, has enabled Authentic to develop tremendously since its inception. “It was truly incredible.
